Bigger Than Us
The documentary follows Melati Wijsen, an 18-year-old Indonesian who has spent six years fighting plastic pollution in her country. Looking for answers and support, she sets out to meet six other young activists around the world, fighting for human rights, the climate, freedom of expression, social justice, education and food security.
From the favelas of Rio to the villages of Malawi, from the island of Lesbos to the mountains of Colorado, Flore Vasseur's Bigger Than Us portrays a generation that refuses to give up.
